The encounter is worked out on your device. The chart note is drafted there and goes only where you paste it. The privacy position is being confirmed in a written opinion before the first paid client.

Data minimization boundary

Patient identity, diagnosis and the draft chart note remain on the device. A clinic remains responsible for device security, access controls, records and its obligations under applicable provincial privacy law.
