Multi-location accounts
Enterprise keeps several sites under one account. Each physician can be assigned to one or more locations, with usage and recovery read by location and physician. An owner managing more than one clinic entity switches between them without a second login.
Account visibility
A physician sees their own usage and claims. An owner or administrator sees their clinic. Other clinics remain outside that account.
How a plan is set
Declare the plan at signup. The baseline review confirms it, volume is reviewed once a year, and any change takes effect at renewal. There is no overage billing or clawback.
